Welcome to TAHOE Faces!
The West Kentucky Educational Cooperative is proud to introduce TAHOE Faces, a professional growth program for elementary, middle, and high school American history teachers. This grant program is designed to strengthen and enhance content knowledge of U.S. history teachers in order for them to offer effective instruction in their classrooms. As a result, student achievement in U.S. history will significantly improve. Interested applicants must be educators from participating districts*. The application deadline for new participants is Friday, August 21, 2009. Space is limited. Successful applicants will be notified late August, with professional growth activities commencing September 2009.

Participating districts include: Ballard County, Carlisle County, Crittenden County, Dawson Springs Independent, Fulton County, Fulton Independent, Graves County, Hickman County, Hopkins County, Linvingston County, Lyon County, Mayfield Independent, McLean County, Paducah Independent, Union County, and Webster County.
